1. Diploma or undergraduate degree holder in psychology or counselling are preferred. Other relevant fields are also encouraged to apply.
2. Received formal training or experience in counselling and has a good communication skill.
3. Adequate knowledge in psychology and mental support programmes.
4. Good leadership skills.
5. Able to conduct psychometric testings and analyse the data.
6. Able to work well in both individual and in group settings.
7. Empathetic and perceptive toward mental and emotional changes experienced by clients.
8. Willing to relocate to Kota Bharu, Kelantan.
